The provider must deliver the goods within the agreed deadline. The contracting partner for the delivery of goods is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to contract a different delivery service if the order is fulfilled more efficiently that way.
The provider fulfills its obligation under the sales contract by handing over the actual possession of the goods to the consumer or by transferring control of the goods to the consumer. If the provider fails to fulfill its obligation referred to in the previous paragraph within the agreed period or within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, the customer shall set an appropriate additional period for the performance of the contract. If the provider does not fulfill its obligations even within the additional period, the customer may withdraw from the contract.
Nonetheless, the customer may withdraw from the contract after the expiration of the agreed period without giving the provider an additional period to fulfill his obligations, if:
- the provider refuses to deliver the goods,
- depending on the circumstances at the conclusion of the contract agreed period constitutes an essential element of the contract or
- before concluding the contract, the customer informs the provider that the agreed deadline is an essential component of the contract.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, the company must immediately reimburse all payments made.
The risk of loss or damage to the dispatched goods passes from the provider to the customer when the goods are physically received or when the goods are physically received by a third party other than the carrier and designated for that purpose by the customer.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the customer has ordered transport from a carrier not offered by the provider, the risk of destruction or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, without prejudice to the customer’s right to choose the carrier.
Delivery costs are quoted next to each individual product and are always visible as additional information and added to the online shopping cart, before and when placing the order.
Delivery is performed on weekdays and on Saturdays in the morning until 12.00 to the address stated at the submission of the order.
If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, the Pošta Slovenije courier will leave a notice based on which you will agree to a new delivery date. If the goods are delivered by Pošta Slovenije, they will be ready for collection at the nearest post office.
How quickly the goods will be delivered depends on many factors. If the ordered goods are in stock in our warehouse and you place the order by 12.00, the goods will be shipped on the same day. If we do not have any of the products ordered in stock, your shipment will be shipped the same day we receive the product in stock. Delivery is made by the delivery service, usually on the next working day after the day of dispatch, but no later than within 5 working days.
