A liqueur is an alcoholic drink composed of distilled spirits and additional flavorings such as herbs, fruits, spices, nuts, etc. In general, liqueurs must contain at least 100g of sugar per liter and have a minimum alcoholic strength of 15% vol.
Liqueurs can be used in numerous ways: as a gift, as an aperitif, at parties, during the holiday season, etc. Herbal liqueurs can be used when one does not feel well.
Liqueurs are also used for culinary purposes.
